Our skit was about teamwork and one guy went around to everyone and helped them. My nickname was "Prada Chic" and people started calling me that for the rest of the trip.

The trip in Thailand called Jungle India
I was nervous about the food but it was really good. We can't get flavored yogurts in Dhaka so we had those every day and A LOT of rice. The activity's were fun and none we to hard or to easy. We stayed in a hotel the first night and it was quite nice then got up early the next morning and met our instructors after breakfast. We got on the bus and had a long ride to the floating restaurant were we saw the bridge over the River Kwai.
We went on the bridge and was scared because it was along way down and there were a lot of gaps! We then went to the camp site and played some games and got our tents. Ours looked pretty messy after the first few hours. Then dinner and a compass activity and then bed. The next day after warm ups and breakfast we planned to do bridge building. After lunch we actually make it and then played in the rapids of the river and had loads of fun. We had dinner and then a bonfire and bed.
We woke up and then had warm-ups and breakfast. That day we did river rescue were we learned to save some one with a through bag ( bag with rope in it). Then we did a treasure hunt type thing and our team came 7/9 and the other half of our team came 5/9. Then lunch and then Thia cooking and and swimming and dinner. Then award ceremony and bed.
We woke up and did warm ups and had breakfast then went to the kiaking place and started kiaking. We got to our hotel by kiaking and got our rooms. We had lunch and took trucks to the Hellfire pass memorial museum that was really interesting. Then hiked back to our hotel. Then had dinner and went to our group leaders and talked and said good byes. Then went to sleep after thanking everyone.
We got up at 3.45 in the morning!!!!! We were so tired and had a 4.30 hour bus ride. When we got to the airport we said our final goodbyes and went to the airport. On the plane we had lunch I had rice, fish and veggies. There was not alot of talking on the bus we were all SO tired when got back to Dhaka and then we went home.

Retreats
On our retreat for the 6th grade we first got into groups of 3/4 and made a poster. The thing we had to make a holder to let an egg fall from one meter up and not crack. The poster was one with your team name and pictures. Our name was Eggo and our motto was "Here we go, down we go." We had about 8 straws and other supplies and everyone had the same. It was a lot of fun and even though ours cracked it was interesting seeing the ours either fail or stay alive.-TJ

My feeling before the trip to Kanchanaburi -Thialand
Hi,
This is my post on my feeling about what the school trip is gonna be like.
I am nervous that it will be too easy because it says that people 8-12 will do this type of activity in the packet. I am also nervous of what the food is going to be like and I hope EVERYONE washes there hands before making and eating. I am excited because all of our friends are going and there are no parents to nag at you! I am also excited because we miss a week of school and I am doing the switch it off and read by Mrs.Lesse and then I have one less week to stop watching TV. I hope I get better at cooking because I know how to make pasta and stuff but not a lot. I am going to keep my things organized because I am normally just an organized person and because we will have our packing list and we can check the things off. I am gonna remember it by taking some pictures (I only have 14 on my disposable camera) and writing the journal and maybe if we have time I will buy souvenirs.
I am really, really excited and packed and unpacked 2 times before I really packed.

My Locker
Hi my locker,
My locker is neat but I have 3 pencil cases so that crowds it a little. I have pictures of my friends, family, and cats. I like my locker because it is on the top and even though it is smaller than the bottom lockers I can reach it better cause I am pretty tall.
